There are two distinct entry methods.
Method 1 is an online system and is the preferred option
Online entry is completed using the TRYBOOKING Company and payment must be by credit card, requires a unique email address for each person entering and printer to print the completed entry. During the entry process there will be wording which refers to purchasing “Tickets”. Please be assured that the resulting printed “Ticket” is in fact an “Entry Form”. Each completed “Ticket” will be bar-coded and should be attached to the work of art. A second copy should also be attached to allow Gallery staff to manage the entries
Please print an additional copy for your records to be receipted by the organising committee when collecting unsold works.

Method 2 is a manual entry system
Manual entry will require completion of an entry form which can be obtained from various locations or downloaded from this website. After completing the form it should be posted to the nominated address with either credit card detail completed, direct deposit utilising your surname as a reference or cheque. 2025 forms are available!!!!
